With more than 36 years of global IT leadership experience, Guy has a deep wealth of expertise—honed through hands-on management and technology innovation—helping businesses be more successful. By utilizing emerging technology and executing flawlessly with all solutions, Guy provides strategic direction for the design, implementation, strategy, and governance of Concentrix’ global infrastructure as well as infosec offerings and application development. His ability to drive teams to top performance and growth has cemented his status as a top industry leader. Prior to Concentrix, Guy held various global leadership positions, including VP, Administration and Exploitation for the General Trust of Canada; VP & CIO for CGI Group; President, Information Systems & Security for the Minacs Group prior to its acquisition by Concentrix.

With nearly three decades of experience providing global leadership in areas such as annual financial planning and analysis, internal auditing, and client management, Monica is an expert at driving financial strategy. Utilizing a distinct leadership style that combines a fanatical focus on people with a results-driven mindset that brings out the best of anyone in her remit, Monica oversees our global strategic financial planning processes and analysis. Prior to joining Concentrix, Monica served as the Senior Vice President, Finance for Convergys before its acquisition by Concentrix.
Jane is a thoughtful and dedicated legal expert whose passion for finding innovative solutions to complex business challenges helps her lead Concentrix’ Legal team and ensure compliance across the organization.
With nearly 30 years of hands-on legal and leadership experience that spans two continents as well as top global public and private companies, Jane is an industry-tested business leader whose depth of expertise for developing and growing high-performance teams in support of company goals is unrivaled. She has a proven ability to solve even the most challenging problems, breaking down complex issues into simple terms anyone can rally behind, and ensures integrity is the driving force behind all decisions. Prior to returning to Concentrix, Jane served in various legal leadership roles, including General Counsel at Turnitin, a fast-growing global edtech company; Vice President, Senior Counsel at SYNNEX, Concentrix’ former parent company; Senior Counsel for the Asia Pacific legal team at IBM; and more.

With more than 20 years of extensive experience for market-leading companies across a wide range of marketing disciplines—particularly brand and messaging strategy, PR, media, and digital marketing—Debbie is an expert in building brands to prominence and delivering marketing programs that profitably grow sales. She is a passionate industry leader who uses a customer-focused vision—as well as constant promotion of culture, performance, and accountability—to oversee our organization’s marketing and communications efforts as well as ensure our brand is disruptive, striking, and bold. With more than two decades’ worth of experience leading stellar growth for technology and service organizations, Kathy has a true passion for driving positive changes at global organizations and fostering next-level customer experiences. She is responsible for Concentrix’ Commercial Contact Center, Analytics, and Voice of the Customer Insights Business units where she leverages her wealth of knowledge to position the organization as an industry leader. Kathy specializes in shaping innovative business strategies and executing plans that help clients create modern data driven and technology infused customer experiences. Prior to Concentrix, Kathy held multiple industry leadership roles, including Chief Client Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for 7.ai, as well as a variety of roles at Convergys prior to its acquisition by SYNNEX and subsequent integration with Concentrix, including Vice President, SVP Digital Operations, and CMO.
A passionate leader with a keen eye for leading our corporate development efforts, Jason is the mastermind behind Concentrix’ disruptive acquisitions and has overall responsibility for M&A and strategic investments.
Utilizing unmatched expertise in corporate development, Jason has a proven track record of leading transactions to success within both SYNNEX and Concentrix, including the spin-off of Concentrix and two of the largest acquisitions in SYNNEX history: Convergys and Westcon-Comstor. His wealth of experience advising global technology companies on strategic, market-disrupting transactions including M&A, IPOs, and debt financings; and uncanny ability to identify and execute on attractive strategic opportunities have made him a top leader in the industry. Prior to joining Concentrix, Jason served in many leadership roles, including Vice President of technology investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Corporate Vice President of corporate development for SYNNEX; and more. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

He works closely with client business leaders to drive material improvements in business performance through innovative design and delivery. Rick has helped disruptive and unicorn global brands as well as fortune 1000 brand leaders to exceed growth goals in verticals like insurance, healthcare, retail, travel, tech, media, and many more. His unique client and customer-focused approach to global sales and account leadership, sharp thinking ability, and belief in giving back to the next generation of leaders have directly contributed to Concentrix’ leading position in the market. Prior to the acquisition of IBM's worldwide customer care services business by SYNNEX and subsequent integration with Concentrix, Rick served in a variety of industry leadership roles at IBM, including Vice President BPO Sales, General Manager Technical Support Services, Vice President BPO and ITO Sales and Account Management, and more.

With more than 20 years in the customer experience solutions industry, Cormac has a deep well of experience running geographically dispersed businesses, cultivating amazing client relationships, and growing organizations through innovative leadership and a passion for people. He has held numerous operational, sales, and executive leadership roles throughout his career, and his knowledge of what it takes to not only lead, but profitably grow our global business units—while simultaneously ensuring our clients feel confident we are their partner of choice—is unmatched. Prior to joining Concentrix, Cormac held many global business leadership positions, including SVP Sales and Client Management EMEA Region for Stream Global Services, President EMEA Region for Convergys and Chief Commercial Officer for Convergys prior to its acquisition by Concentrix.
A dedicated financial leader with a proven track record of success building and leading finance and accounting teams for global, public organizations, Andre ensures the accuracy and growth of all Concentrix financial activities.
With more than two decades of global financial leadership and deep experience with significant M&A transactions, treasury and capital markets, spin-offs, investor relations, initial public offerings, tax strategy, compliance, SEC reporting, major financial systems implementations, and internal controls, Andre brings unmatched financial expertise to Concentrix. Utilizing dynamic decision-making and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated passion for growing businesses, he is the mastermind behind our organization’s strategic financial plans. Throughout Andre’s career, his tenacious pursuit of excellence and desire to give back by sharing knowledge and mentoring the next generation of financial leaders have made him invaluable to both Concentrix and the industry as a whole. Prior to joining our organization, Andre served as the CFO for Convergys before it was acquired by Concentrix

Dinesh has more than 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience driving transformative initiatives and high growth levels for leading international and publicly traded digital services companies. His background spans leadership in product engineering, services management, technology innovation, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, global client management, and operations. As CEO, Dinesh led the strategic acceleration of PK’s experience engineering offerings with a laser-focus on problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach. He is a champion of talent development and diversity and inclusion, focusing on colleague engagement, community engagement and recruiting. Prior to joining PK, Dinesh was President at Mphasis, where he led the Digital Business unit across all industry verticals and drove above industry growth while increasing profitability.
